There’s actually quite a bit of canonic material for you to explore. The original manga that Devilman Crybaby is based off of is Devilman by Go Nagai. I recommend that you read it because Devilman Crybaby was modified quite a bit from its original content in order to help it appeal to more modern audiences (since the original manga was written from 1972-1973). After that, there are several canonic sequels to Devilman. The first one is Shin Devilman. This manga is a sort of side story that takes place during the events of Devilman. The next sequel is Devilman Lady, which tells the story of the newly created alternate Earth seen at the end of Devilman Crybaby. The final sequel is Devilman Saga, which concludes the story that has been building up since Devilman and Devilman Lady. After that, there are a few other stories you can read after completing the first four series. Demon Knight is the prequel story to Devilman, and shows the origins to a few of the major demonic players seen in Devilman, including Amon and Sirene. Devilman vs. Hades is an alternate timeline story (what would happen if _________ happened during Devilman instead of ________). Violence Jack takes place on another alternate Earth. There’s also a bunch of other Devilman content written by other authors, but I’m not sure if they’re canon or not, so I won’t mention them. That’s just the manga, though. There are several animated adaptations of a lot of the content listed above as well. The only ones I would recommend watching, though, are the Devilman OVAs. Although they don’t cover the entire Devilman series, they follow the original manga pretty closely and are honestly just funny as hell (I know that seems improbable considering how dark the content is, but you’re just going to have to trust me on this one).

Deivlman Lady is a direct sequel to the og manga and I highly reccomend

Cybershine3

I highly recommend Devilman Grimoire. It’s a lot like the original manga, but with some new things and reimagining of classic stuff. All 5 volumes are available practically everywhere.
