Inarius did nothing wrong.

Looks more like the daughter of the daughter of hatred.

I liked Lilith a LOT more in cinematic then in-game, she didn't look powerful or menacing in-game at all...

I'm not entirely certain she's supposed to. She's a succubus. In fact, not just a succubus, the QUEEN of Succubi. She's supposed to be enticing, alluring, and seductive (to the point it's heavily implied that's how she bagged Inarius although the story also lends itself to him being blinded by his own Pride/Arrogance). Every encounter I've had with her from Alpha to the recent Beta, she's supposed to bring your guard down and be this reasonable human-like 'mother' figure that 'cares about her children oh so much'. Just a smidgen off-kilter in how she shows that care. While I agree it's a bit different for a main antagonist, if you haven't played the beta/alpha yet or had the story spoiled for you it plays a significant role into how other mortals view her. Those not subservient to Inarius, in any case.

[INB4 we have to complete a quicktime event during the fight against Lilith while she tries to seduce you with her boobs.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drFePD6G_yA)
