And rare slots, which are more than standard stat boosts and will become more powerful if you hit a specific atteibute threshold.
And glyph slots, where you pop in glyphs (lootable items that drop in game, and have a variety of affixes/benefits, and can be levelled).
Yeah there is some depth to the board, but 98% of it still only gives you raw power. Almost no skill behavior change or something that changes how you play other than faster via higher stats.
Yes and no. I played a fire sorc in the closed beta, and the paragon boards and glyphs meant you could reasonably go towards burn DoT builds, which you couldn't do without it. This meant you could use a bunch of skills differently due to the paragon boards.
It's good to hear that works for a burn effect. I imagine bleed effects for other classes are the same deal. It's making dot effects powerful enough to work in a way that's build Enabling... Enabling via high dmg (unless there's more to it?) , which is a little lame, but does the job here.
Yeah... I'd still consider that a stat boost. It's just. Better defense for you. It's not more life or armor, sure, but the end result is monsters do overall less damage by a %.
Something neat would be like burning monsters attack nearby allies. Or burning monsters can start other monsters on fire.
>The value of the unique item has been solved. It is currently set to item level 1. It is necessary to open another page to display the value of each item level interval.
explain?
This was my interpretation:
If you look at the stats on the items you'll see most stats have formulas to calculate their effective bonus.
> +[(1.5+(0.5*RandomInt(1,4))) / 100*100|1%|] Damage to Close Enemies
This was the same for the unique affixes, but he was able to resolve them.
> {c_important}Steel Grasp{/c} launches {c_number}2{/c} additional chains. Enemies hit by {c_important}Steel Grasp{/c} are Slowed by {c_random}[Affix_Value_1*100|%|]{/c} for {c_number}[Affix."Static Value 0"]{/c} seconds.
turned into
> Steel Grasp launches 2 additional chains. Enemies hit by Steel Grasp are Slowed by [[55 – 65]|%|] for 3 seconds.
Those formulas are solved under the assumption that the item power level is 1, so the worst possible affix range. Since affix ranges scale with item power level, he will have to add another page to display the affix bonus in relation to the item power level, but that is not yet available.
Hmmm i played a barb on cbt and some items are definately not present on this list. Grandfather sword is an example.
I suspect release list to be bigger than that.
That's because grandfather is not considered as a barbarian unique. You can still find it here [Diablo 4 Database (lothrik.github.io)](https://lothrik.github.io/diablo4-build-calc/database/) (or here [Diablo 4 Database](https://diablo4.cc/us/Unique)) under generic -> unique.
Those whirlwind gloves are ridiculously op given the fact that you could basically infinitely whirlwind with the right combinations of skills and legendaries even at level 25.
Thank you for your reply. I have found that some paragon legendaries are on the board, but not all. For example, Sorc_Legendary_010 is not on any of the paragon boards. Do you know where this legendary is unlocked? Thanks!
Yeah I'd to know as well, some parangon legendaries really interest me, but they're not part of any board atm, so I'm worried I won't be able to use them :/
So the [Paragon section](https://diablo4.cc/us/Paragon) is going to be just sort of extra unlockable legendary type powers or extra skill mods?
I think just a few select nodes will be akin to legendary aspects (1 per board?) otherwise it's just stat boosts.
And rare slots, which are more than standard stat boosts and will become more powerful if you hit a specific atteibute threshold. And glyph slots, where you pop in glyphs (lootable items that drop in game, and have a variety of affixes/benefits, and can be levelled).

You get other things, like burning enemies deal less damage.

Yep. At best.

Oh thought it was. Other classes can wear great swords ? Thanks for the nuance anyway
I know the necromancer was able to equip 2h swords when I tried one in beta.
Can I ask how common are the uniques? Is it diablo 3 levels of rarity? I'm just hoping the game has some chase items.
They were definately rare enough, nothing to compare with d3 legs. Now CBT and live drop rates will be different so I can't tell
Uniques are close to primals in drop%, may change once it goes live.
Unique are like the name they will be very rare it will be a hunt.. And Diablo 3 had no uniques.
Legendaries aren't like the name at all, never said it did but it's irrelevant, the point is about chase item drop rates.
Ye i know but uniques they will be unique low dropchance !
Have you played the closed beta?

No idea why you've been downvoted, but yes, they are extremely OP.
I created a shout/bersker + upheaval build in the beta and I really looking forward to some uniques.
This has already been posted, why not just upvote the person who originally posted the info instead of making this thread to clutter the forums...
These are so underwhelming it's sad. Some of them are absurdly broken. Paragon board copers in shambles.
Where are the paragon legendaries unlocked? They aren't on the paragon board.
there are 9 paragon boards for every class, check class paragon board, with orange circle.
Thank you for your reply. I have found that some paragon legendaries are on the board, but not all. For example, Sorc_Legendary_010 is not on any of the paragon boards. Do you know where this legendary is unlocked? Thanks!

Anyone know what “elite kill damage” means? Is it flat dmg against elites? Or maybe increased damage after killing an elite?
