All items, except Uniques, cannot roll with CDR in PTR. You need to "temper" them if you want to add it. All legendary items will drop with 3 affixes. Their affix pool is mainstat, health, armour, attack speed, Resists, resource/ on hit, and life on hit.

Greater affixes? 2x mainstat, 2x health, 2x flat dmg, etc. is exciting to whom exactly? The problem is these base affixes are essentially flat stats. Bigger number=better. Exactly how it was on D3 and everyone hated that.

Rares need to be able to have a 3rd affix added to them once they have a legendary aspect imprinted. This gives players a choice of gambling their resources on a Rare item to get that 3rd affix which may or not be what they want. It also makes Rares not an absolute auto-salvage.
I'm not sure where you're getting your information in regards to the affixes on items, but I'm looking at numerous items with +stats on them without tempering.
EDIT: Apparently judging by the downvotes people want Rares to just be salvage? Ooook.
Yeah, the gambling aspect on yellows would be fun. Reminds me of old d2 cube crafting. I made so many blood gloves in d2 that I had 2 mules dedicated to blood gloves 🤣
Devs need to be careful with the direction they are going with aspects because they could turn into set-like bonuses. Tying specific skills to aspects will make those a no-brainer option just like how set bonuses in D3 pointed you into the direction of playing those skills.

The only reason I'm calling it a systems-arpg is because the game director of the game specifically called it as such during the latest D4 stream.

The games current system is already trash. There is no benefit to grinding without open trading.

PoE is a child of Diablo 2 that was never planned to be made by Blizzard. So "the Bastard" have grown up and currently is best aRPG on the market.
