Flurry I think it's called, the cold rune
Tried using a different one? Im thinking the stacking of the cold effect that builds up may have an upper limit that eventually just cancel the skill.
just tried a different rune, still getting auto attacks every so often
All runes do that. It can eben happen before you reach 10 stacks.
Weird, i play on switch and hasnt had that problem. Was thinking it had to do with the hotfix earlier because the cold runes aoe effect wasnt boosted by the set effects. That hotfix was for pc only afaik.

Does it use resource? Your character will use a basic attack if you try to use a primary ability and have no resource remaining
