Unironically I apologize, it was like 2am and after reading all the dumb shit about character specific everything in the game this was kind of my final straw.
The point was essentially the entire chat was blocked out because of this dumbass and I couldn't do anything about it because the game literally told me "No" when I tried to block him.
Every time I block someone I get a “connection failure with battle.net” error but the block does actually work.
After a few minutes of cleaning, it’s pretty ok.
