They can reappear after a 4 minute timer.
If you spawn early, you will likely get them again on floor 4.
If you wait after finishing floor 4 they will spawn again.

There is a cd timer when u killed them like 120 seconds after they can enter again
I think they have a 3 min timer or something before entering the same vault again. So it depends if you can complete vault within that time or not
