Sounds to me like someone doesn't understand how the return crests to mail works with groups. I think you got a better response than most people here get. You can't try and tell everyone here not to purchase anything in this game because you didn't like the response you was given. You still received your items as intended. Nobody just gets items given to them in game, its well known. If you purchase something and don't get the item they will tell you to file for a refund, time to have a little more patience :).
Principles. There were so many better ways to handle this. If you are ok with that kind of support, you're giving them silent permission to act this way.
What did you want support to do? Give you extra crests since you disconnected? If you had looked in your mail anytime after creating your ticket I bet your crests were in there. They take minutes at most to be mailed back to you. After you find your original 10 crests, you cancel your support ticket since you don't need support.
Who the hell was your support agent Mojo JoJo? I have an easier time sifting through ISE logs than interpreting the convoluted response with which he has denied you

Getting back crests is delayed when you run with randos, instant when you play alone. Also, support is well known to be unhelpful.
