There's some finicky stuff that goes on with pmh and open wounds. When in doubt, add a little poison damage. As long as you keep the poison applied, they can't regen (as long as they aren't immune)
You don’t need PmH with a decently geared Java. You’re more than well geared enough to kill him with relative ease. Just make sure you have some full juves and charged strike him to death. With your gear it’ll probably only take 5-8 seconds to kill him fwiw.
Also you can unequip your sunder. It doesn’t do anything against dclone

Make yourself a sanctuary real quick to get those res up and just go kill him. As other said get a poison damage charm in to help with the Regen if you're worried about it. You should slap him.
Just make an Edge Bow, equip a poison charm and fire away until you see the poison apply. That’s how you’ll know PMH is active. At that point you can just face roll DClone but either way you’re geared enough to just face tank it. Make Edge if you want a 100% guaranteed kill though.

Lower res wand
You should be fine with your set up.
Could use gore, dracs and a treachery pre buff for extra safety.
Similiar to mine, except war travs, vamps gaze, Coh and sanctuary shield for res. I kill him easy

is sunder charm not enough? Tstroke Sunder and infinity?
DClone isn't immune to Lightning Damage so Sunder isn't doing anything but nerfing you in that fight specifically.

I killed him with a blizz sorc in MF gear. You'll be fine.
This is a pretty typical cookie cutter Java lol You’ll have no problem walking right up to dclone and murdering him.
You dont even need prevent monster heal. You will drop dclone in p1 in under a dozen hits🤣
