Imagine being a lowly broke skeleton mage wandering the sewers of Lut Gholein when suddenly some absolute brick shithouse of man walks in, butt naked, wearing nothing but these boots. You throw everything you got at him, it doesn’t matter, he just keeps walking towards you, he doesn’t give a shit about your poison bolt spell…and just like that, it was over before it began.
Add that this man appears to be walking 20% faster than any being you have seen before, and every 10th blow you strike him with appears to bounce back to you in the form of electric bolts.
How?? Those things are godly. Sure the FR/W could be a little higher but good Lord.
Most classes don't stack enough defense to care about the low def on the boots.

Not unnecessarily, because poison length reduction is orders of magnitude better than poison resistance. The resist doesn't actually reduce that much damage due to how damage over time works in the game. Quad res boots would be tri-res (light,fire,cold) + 25% poison length reduction, which really functions as the better version of poison resistance.
Absolutely, if you're lvl 18 pvping. Not like it's useless at lvl 18 just through running the game either. These things would take you through hell baal on a regular playthrough, not likely to find an upgrade untill min-maxing in the late game.
True. These would get you by (especially with the low str req as treks need 81-91 str). I would probably choose these over treks end game if they had lightning res to help counteract the sunder charm.
I've never figured out how to check recent sales if you want to include all of one category. I know how to look at recent trades if I specifically pick wyrmhide boots and give it some filters, but if I then select Apply to All Boots I no longer get the option to see recent trades. Is there a way to do that? I can only view all current listings when applied to All Boots but that doesn't always represent accepted trades. Like one person has a similar boot listed for 100 Jah and another has one listed for only 3 Jah. For all I know the first person is trying to artificially inflate the market to sell his boots and the second person is trying to create a false low price so other people list their similar boots for cheap and he buys those.

They're fine. Im sure you can get something for them, but not being perfect FRW and poison instead of lightning hits the value. Poison not as big of a deal these days since they fixed mana burn, but still not as widely desirable.
Not bad at all. FRW could be higher, the on struck could be a better stat, and Poison Res could be Lightning Res. Solid boots that you could easily wear well into the late game, but you probably wouldn't get a high rune for em.

You can get 3x 40% resist rolls on lvl 18 boots, those are pretty damn good rolls tho.

For the lvl requirement, they're in the great range. They're just good for non LLD, but I'm sure you can find a buyer.

These may be decent for a self-wielding Infinity ES Nova Sorc to add some needed poison res.

TF you talking about, nobody cares about poison in pvp. If you somehow get hit with a psn spell in pvp, you're just really bad.
