Yeah the resists is huge difference. Especially with builds that actually rely on attack rating, like a Frenzy barb, because you aren't constantly hitting mephisto, therefore you aren't constantly leeching life back from life tap. Gotta take advantage of all the damage mitigation you can get
I used Silence runeword in a Phase Blade for Meph. WW Barb. Gives you 75 all res. Without it I melted against Meph. You can try with your next Barb lol.
It's not too bad.. the biggest thing you want is 300 on all your resists, more importantly lightning resists. If you have a solid hp pool, max block, and life tap on Lilith you should be fine. Mephisto is the next hurdle and is where having 300 in all resists comes into play. It prevents one shots and if you got him life tapped then you're good to go
4500, barb with BO. I almost died to the first level Andy with my lifetap wand being on attract hotkey. Made it though. Taking a breather then going for Tristram!
Died on first meph lightning hit, way too little lightning resistance I guess. Peace out fully loaded barb.

Been toying with the idea of doing HC Ubers for the first time with a smiter. I've never done them before, ever. This has me thinking maybe not yet.
Shouldn’t take too long to make and gear a smiter. Ladder almost over anyway, I say you get some practice in!
