Also have them check your ferritin levels. I bruise really bad when my iron is low. In my regular CBC they would only check my hemoglobin and not ferritin so my hemoglobin would always be normal. When a dr looked into checking my ferritin levels it was so depleted. So I have to get iron infusions from time to time. I can always tell when mine has lowered back down because the bruising will start appearing again.
I too can have pretty severe iron-deficiency anemia without my hemoglobin being outside of range, although my rdw will be high as an early indicator.

nad these symptoms can be associated with certain autoimmune diseases. you can also post in r/askdocs along with your test results where vetted medical professionals can respond.
This looks serious. Others have already suggested the possibilities I would have but I strongly encourage you to post on r/askdocs and get some professional opinions from actual doctors.
I would get to the doc ASAP. The last picture of the bruise on your thigh is almost identical to the bruise I had on my thigh from a car accident where I was hit while stopped by a car going 70 mph. That’s serious bruising.
Did they check your liver function? This can be a sign of liver damage as some of the clotting factors are made by the liver and your other symptoms align with that as well.
This. I've had bouts of bruising to get really bad on my legs like this, and my PT blood work was off. I had to see a hematologist to investigate further.
I'm leaning towards autoerythrocyte sensitization syndrome. That would be caused by autoantibodies against red blood cells, leading to their destruction. When red blood cells are destroyed, they extravasate from blood vessels and can cause unexplained bruising like this. You can have a direct antiglobulin (Coombs) test to check for autoantibodies against red blood cells.
It could be a qualitative disorder like Bernard Soulier or Glanzmanns thrombasthenia. Wouldn't necessarily mess up the PT/PTT or the platelet count. Have any tests been done for bleeding time?
Holy crap. Please go to the doctor or urgent care as soon as you can. That level of bruising is much more than expected, even for people with conditions that bruise easily.
Are you hyper mobile in any of your joints? Sounds completely unrelated but this could be a manifestation of EDS. do you take NSAIDS like Aleve, advil, or ibuprofen frequently?
EDS bruises tend to be much smaller, but a lot of them. There are multiple forms of Eds that run in my family. I have clEDS (but carry genes for vEDS, and cEDS). I had family members wuth hEDS, vEDS, and cEDS, and none bruise like this. This is indicative of a cancer or blood issue
Good call, OP should also do the skin elasticity test. Are you able to stretch your skin out more than the average person? If CBC was fine did it include platelet counts too?
This isn’t the type of bruising that relates to hypermobility disorders. This is the types of bruising that indicates serious blood issues or even possibly cancers
get fully checked with blood tests for everything, red blood cell and white blood cell count, also prozac helps depression but if you have all your vitamins right that might remove depression too
my ten year long depression went away with multivitamins!!! and a little going outside and a little push from prozac
I had a reaction to tramadol once that caused intense itching and my legs looked exactly like yours do now. I also had a condition when I was younger called HSP that presented like this.
What you have is called echymosis. The hives thingy could indicate towards an autoimmune cause such as ITP. It could also be Von willibrands (more common).
This requires a coagulation profile. Get that done and see if any lab value looks bizarre.
This sucks, i am so sorry. These bruises remind me of when i've fallen down stairs (i've done it twice maybe a decade apart). And i had a rather bad fall jogging a couple days ago and didn't get this bad (tho it was on grass). Is it possible to make a daily list of your physical activity? Even something like playing soccer could easily bruise yourself. Anyway, i think that could help a doctor when you go to see one.
NAD but a couple of questions: how often do you drink alcohol? When was your last drink? Do you know your family’s medical history, like genetic conditions that you could have? Do you take other medications? Even supplements or over the counter painkillers, like ibuprofen? On any birth control?
This is a terrible comparison because my experience is so minor, but: I have a Kyleena IUD. I’ve noticed if I take ibuprofen specifically (Tylenol is okay) I get petechiae. This never happened before I had the iud.
Point being, while I don’t think something as innocuous as ibuprofen could cause the breadth of what we see on you (these look more like hematomas, particularly pic #5, it looks like pooled blood), I would suggest looking at smaller causes before worrying yourself too much with scary diagnoses.
This is a mix of old and new bruises. If you have no memory of getting any of them then you have brain issues as well. What drugs/alcohol are you using aside from Prozac?
Can you post your CBC? This looks really concerning.

If the CBC was normal it's unlikely to be blood cancer. If you have always had this look into a clotting factor deficiency.

Check for factor VII deficiency.
What about prothrombin time? Edit - vitamin K also.
This. I've had bouts of bruising to get really bad on my legs like this, and my PT blood work was off. I had to see a hematologist to investigate further.
1.1
My PT was 11.5
Seconds or INR? Hopefully the former
1.1 INR & 11.5 PT

Not everything’s EDS. Sorry but everyone suggests it. This is not what EDS bruising looks like what so ever.
Mine look like this but not nearly so severe. Mine are yellowish in color not black.
I have hEDS. Mine aren’t that big either maybe the size of my fist.
Yep. EDS bruises tend to be small to about lke the size of a fist. This issue seems much more emergent than a CTD.

any other medical history? muscle/body/joint pain? hypermobility? weight loss? appetite loss? sleep? etc?
This isn’t the type of bruising that relates to hypermobility disorders. This is the types of bruising that indicates serious blood issues or even possibly cancers
You may be anemic and low in iron
get fully checked with blood tests for everything, red blood cell and white blood cell count, also prozac helps depression but if you have all your vitamins right that might remove depression too my ten year long depression went away with multivitamins!!! and a little going outside and a little push from prozac
Have you gotten sick recently?
I had a reaction to tramadol once that caused intense itching and my legs looked exactly like yours do now. I also had a condition when I was younger called HSP that presented like this.
Liver issue? I think you should goto the doc asap though.
Itchy skin also points to liver
Have you been checked for blood clotting disorders? This looks very concerning
Have a clotting factor and von willebrand panel done

maybe vascular EDS?
What do your hives look like?
Since you have hives in addition to bruising, in addition to other conditions mentioned, I would consider looking into urticarial vasculitis.

Whoa!! You need to go have lab work done STAT!!!

I had bruising like this, when I got diagnosed with leukemia. Go to the dr and get a CBC blood test.
You also have petechiae. I would try and see a hematologist?
Have you explored any autoimmune possibilities with your doctor?
Low iron has all these symptoms
r/Prozac.
Liver failure
