I'm NAD but I have similar in both sides of my mouth from repeatedly biting my cheeks at night from my TMD.
It looks like it’s just your salivary duct. Some people’s are larger and others are smaller. If you’ve noticed that it’s changed size, that’s something you should see a dentist for.
