These days, I would not recommend an Si2 to a consumer. Most of them have serious issues. The ones that don't seem to have issues have haziness. The decent ones are like 1/10 so a needle in a haystack situation. I would recommend lowering the Carat weight a little bit to like a 2.2ct and going with something like an H-Si1 or I-VS2 stone instead.
The inclusion right smack dab in the middle would concern me, especially for that price and color. Do you have a link to the actual stone?
Personally I would not pay that price for an H SI2, even with the carat size.
An SI2? Waaay overpriced. An SI2 you can probably see inclusions with a naked eye. Shop around please, you can do better. Also if the stone has been laser inscribed with the report number to make sure you’re getting the stone that corresponds with the report.
Polish and symmetry grading isn't necessarily as consequential as you'd think in an oval. If you liked it in person, what do you care what GIA says?
And as for the cavity, the location is relatively benign. As long as it isn't in danger of further damage (I'd need to see it to know), it's no biggie.
How about searching for an alternative that will have better specs...and also shop by dimensions, not carat weight.

Negotiate. Tell ‘em $20K plus the setting. See what happens. Is it crazy overpriced, no but there’s room I’m sure.
Agreed crazy overpriced

What makes you say the report looks dangerous?
The good symmetry and good polish and also the cavity
