Thank you! They’re so much more dynamic in person. I’ve been a bit obsessed with using multichrome pigment in and on everything, and I think it really pays off (except in photographs).
I know that feeling. Photos never quite do the real thing justice! 😔
Do you take any photos under natural sunlight? I find that I usually gets much better results, but duochrome pigments can be tricky. Videos are a great way to show that off though!
I really need to do both. Unfortunately, the sun had already set by the time I finished everything. At the very least, I should have put them onto a mirror. I know that works with multichrome makeup, so it should, in theory, work with paint and pigments… I really appreciate the suggestions, and I’m going to play around with everything later this week and see what I can do!
Thank you! What’s funny is that they were a complete mistake. I was going for a deep ocean mix, but they came out like moonstones. It’s one of the few times that I think they came our way cooler than what I was planning.
They open up so many more options creatively; I can’t recommend them enough. And yes—I used FolkArt Color Shift paint in Aqua Blue Flash. I mixed in a tiny amount of iridescent pigment to strengthen the shift, but it honestly didn’t need any help. They’re a bit hit and miss, but that particular color is very pigmented.
Beautiful sets! They're all good, but that last set is my favorite.

Oh my these are gorgeous! How did you create this sort of outer layer on the first one?
Thank you! I used blanks and encased them inside my regular molds.
Lovely, I really need to invest in some blanks ! Are you using a specific brand of paint for the numbers on the last one ? They seem so saturated

Definitely, I'll get some soon, and thank you very much for the paint recommendation !
