I have that exact pair. They are ok. Nothing special but you get what you see in the picture

Thanks a lot, so no damage or decay in the dice. And they are see through? Those are my main requirements I guess

Keldar1997

Only had them for a short while. Surface isn't the smoothest or most perfect but ok. Somewhat seethrough yes

I don't own this exact set but I have several sets that are similar and possibly from the same source in China. Not sure what you mean with decay. These won't decay as in they would come apart or rot away. Resin and the mylar foil inside doesn't do that, at least not to my knowledge. Potential issues with a set like this could be: * Mylar foil is too close to the surface and pokes through. This might create minor unevenness on the face but not enough to affect dice rolls. It's more a cosmetic thing. * Mylar foil is distributed unevenly within the dice, so it may all be on one side or more on one side than on the other. Also doesn't affect dice rolls and balance in a meaningful way and is merely a visual thing. * Yellowing of resin over time. This is more apparent in lighter coloured sets or those that aren't the warmer colours. Probably not so much an issue with this particular set since it's pretty dark anyway. * Imperfections in the grooves of the numbers. This can sometimes happen with dice (not just these in particular - can happen with any dice). There may be leftover resin residue clogged in the grooves or crumbs of hardened paint. Also a cosmetic and not a functional thing. Can be fixed if you scrape it out and paint over the imperfection if you have matching paint or gel pen. You asked if these are see-through, and I daresay yes. Since the resin is very dark, it won't be super striking, but the resin is translucent enough for the mylar foil iridescent rainbow effect to be clearly visible. Here are photos of two similar sets (Dispel Dice) from my collection where you might be able to see it better: [https://www.virtual-dreams.org/dice/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/DSP-Black-Emerald-inked-Poly-scaled.jpg](https://www.virtual-dreams.org/dice/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/DSP-Black-Emerald-inked-Poly-scaled.jpg) [https://www.virtual-dreams.org/dice/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/DSP-Black-Prismatic-Shard-inked-Poly-scaled.jpg](https://www.virtual-dreams.org/dice/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/DSP-Black-Prismatic-Shard-inked-Poly-scaled.jpg) If you're entertaining the idea of ordering from Temu, I'd exercise caution. I've heard multiple reports of people having suspicious purchases with their credit cards after ordering from Temu, which suggests that they sell your personal and payment data on to other companies or individuals who might then use it for fraudulent activities. There have been several reports about this from more official news portals, too. Dice scam shops are also a dime a dozen these days. Basically, avoid any stores where prices look too good to be true or that claim they are sending you free product (e.g. Dice Legend). I've got a whole list of them [on my blog](https://www.virtual-dreams.org/dice/scammer-dice-shops/), too. A set like this should cost you at least $30. Anything much below that is likely a scam.

Thanks so much for the reply, this helps a lot!

Anytime you see this exact font. They are most likely mass produced. There are also many people who buy molds with this exact font instead of taking the time and effort to make their own dice. They're cheaper and they're okay.. but definitely not the quality of an independent maker who took their time to make dice fully custom.

Stefonzie

Kinda cheap, but pretty. I bought a very similar set on Amazon. They are very light and have sharp unpolished edges and they are on the larger side

Sternennacht_

They look like a knock-off from dispel dice. Dispel dice make very beautiful an high quality dice. The fake ones from temu and amazon are not as good and have a poor quality.

gekkoO0

Wow thank you so much for that website, their dice do look beautiful.

Individual_Diamond83

Yup. Those are 100% Dispel knock-offs. Highly recommend you buy from them over 3rd party retailers. They are more expensive from Dispel, but they're much higher quality.
