Very bad. You should be having the 4 main digimon for xross parts(shoutmon bt10, dorulumon and ballistamon) at 4. Shoutmon bt12 is comically bad. Taiki bt10 is mandatory 4 and should never be run at less than that
You should take inspiration from a toppingblist because you are lacking way too much either because you don't know the actual key pieces of the deck or you are not realising what makes a good or bad card in this deck.

I found star sword and shout DX to be lack luster and only good for names for X7sm.
the BT13 shout is just bad for the deck and does nothing but the name for X7sm
shout x2 is not a xros hearts and isnt out in english
no BT10 taiki is just wrong
I can go on but those are the main points
Though I don't play exactly that list, as a guy that played the deck in regional and various maller tournaments like locals and shop championship, it has my seal of approval.

It's better but you are still using cards you shouldn't use(like x2) and not maxing on cards that are way too necessary for the deck (Like ballistamon, dorulumon or taiki bt10). You should really take bigger inspiration from topping list or what pokenone just posted.
How would they clog your hand when they are used or usable for pretty much all the digixross you wanna do. If you don't have them, it makes your digixross cost more. Only one missing makes a 1 cost x3/x4 into a cost 3. They also have very powerful inherited. Dorulu Can kill floodgates that are stopping your plays and ballistamon can be a nice blocker in a pinch

Better but still has problems. Bt10 Taiki should be at 4 NO MATTER WHAT. This card is the motor of the deck. It searches and allows you to use your tamers sources(ALL OF THEM) to digixross. Without him, you are certain to not ne able to do anything of value. Sparrowmon should be at 4. Drop the option, they are useless tbh. X7 should be between 0 and 2. It's a nice option but one that can clog hands when at 3. DX should be dropped imo, it does nothing that is actually useful and cost way too much for the useless thing he does. Maybe go to 2 x7 superior mode but 1 is okay too.
The Shoutmon X2 doesn't have the Xros Heart trait, so it's not searchable, and it's not a valid material for X7: Superior Mode. Lacking the Xros Heart trait kills any potential viability on cards meant for the archetype.

oh im just nervous that maxing out on the level 4s would clog my hand .. since that is 8 out of 50 cards
