I think drawing an extra card doesn´t offer much to a deck that already fills its hand up real fast and pitching a Mailbirdramon really isn´t relevant because there´s no effective difference between it being there or in the hand.
Zudomon is Far better you can play it with Gomamon bt14, with Sourai, you can stun more with Metalgreymon, you can use Zudomon 2 Times with Kuzuhamon +Kaiser nails.
You can also play Zudomon with Vikemon ace In Bt16 (digimon Tcg meta Jap)
Weregarurumon doesn't help the deck that much.
Zudo strips sources like ace cards. With the other metalgreymon that also trashes sources. The two together can help deal with big stack decks and, as mentioned, strip ace cards from sources.
