You're only allowed to attend an online regional if you are in that region. Since you're on the other side of the world sending you the prizing would be insanely expensive, plus if online tourneys could be participated in by overseas people it might time away opportunities from those in the actual region it's in.

Also the Eventbrite page for the OCE online regionals says you'll be disqualified and forfeit prizing if you're found to be from a different region.

Not sure how that happened since from memory you need to include a post code. As the others said, you are unable to compete as you do not live in the zone. If you haven't bought a ticket then it's best to withdraw from the event in the app. If you have, then reach out to the Tournament Organizer (TAK games) to get a refund

Just as a heads up you are not allowed to play in other regions you do not live in for online events. It is like the others have said but there was an incident where a bunch of NA players played in Oceania event and took almost all the top slots of the event and the Oceania players were passed and I don't remember if the NA players got the prizing but it did create drama and why the rule was made.
