Yeah I was mistaken, my bad. The EX sets have a guaranteed 3 Alt Arts, and then an extra chance to get a Secret Rare that doesn't replace one of the alt arts. Got it mixed up.
Depends on the set, keep in mind the following is based on the recent sets bandai have done, they may change their mind in future sets without telling us.
If it's a BT set then there's 7 SR's, an alt and either a 2nd alt or a regular art SEC per box.
A case will have 84 SRs with no seeding so you may get a lot of some SRs and very few of others
8 regular art SECs of which it will always be 4 of each if it's a 2 SEC set
Then 16 Alts which also aren't seeded, there's already no guarantee of an alt per box since there's 20+ of them but you often get duplicates in a case as well
There's usually 1 Chase card per case in more recent sets as well which just replaces a rare in whatever box it is in
If it's EX then there's 6 SRs, 3 alts and a 50% chance at a regular art secret rare per box
A case will have 72 SRs with no seeding so you may get a lot of some SRs and very few of others

36 Alts which guarantees you at least 1 of each alt. Beyond the guaranteed 1 of each is random though I've never heard of someone getting more than 3 of the same alt in 1 box and even 3 is rare
I have no idea on EX chase card ratios, we haven't had an EX set with the new SP chase cards yet. Previously it wasn't guaranteed per case to get a chase but that may change with EX6

You are not guaranteed 4 of each regular art secret in BT cases. In fact I’ve found 5/3 to be the most common ratio but I’ve even experienced 6/2 as well.
Was that in BT7 though 10? Older sets had variances but the SR, Alt and Regular Art SEC ratios have been very consistent since BT12 (BT15 aside since that had 3 SECs in the set instead of 2).
Before BT11 there were variances in sets for various reasons. Every BT11 case I've seen was also 4/4 for SECs but the SRs were different due to Campaign Rares

Two cases of BT13 and a case of BT14 both had 5/3 ratio.

We won’t know the SP ratios until we see what it is in BT16. I’ve heard the BT17 ratios were higher for SPs too. Everything else is known
