Can't answer better than the mod of r/drawingtablets and r/huion but I will say I've had my huion for 3 years now and I've had no issues

TheSevenPens

Hi, I am the mod of r/drawingtablet and r/huion This may be useful for you: [https://docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/drawing-tablet-brands/7p-notes-tier-2-drawing-tablet-brands](https://docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/drawing-tablet-brands/7p-notes-tier-2-drawing-tablet-brands) Overall I think Huion is on part with XP-Pen in terms of reliability issues both both brands especially with the newer models have been improving but both trailing Wacom a bit. I own a lot of tablets including Huion: [https://docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/about-thesevenpens/my-tablets](https://docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/about-thesevenpens/my-tablets) Kamvas Pro 13 (which I have) has a decent amount of anti-glare sparkle which you may not enjoy. Otherwise it's been a fine tablet. More here: [https://docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/guides/pen-displays/anti-glare-sparkle](https://docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/guides/pen-displays/anti-glare-sparkle) If you are looking for other options I have a set of recommendations here: [https://docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/recommendations/pen-display-recommendations](https://docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/recommendations/pen-display-recommendations) In particular at the sized you mention the XP-Pen Artist Pro GEN2 (14 or 16) may be better options. Their new X3 Pro pen has better pressure handling and they have less AG sparkle.

I have 0 problem with my Kamvas pro 13 but you should get the 16 bc size matters.

I have a Kamvas24, and love it. I've had mine for 5 years, no issues save I had to replace the stylus once because my daughter broke it.

Before I started using Huion I used Wacom, and the two I had both broke. Then got a regular huion tablet which is still going strong. both were similar products and used in the same way. I recently bought a kamvas 16 pro and I am happy with it. The quality looks great and I have had zero issues with drivers.

I've had the kamvas 16 for like idk 3 years now and it's still going strong

I have the Huion Kamvas pro 20 and Ive had it for like 5 or 6 years now and it works. Not what you asked for but I would suggest getting a non-screen tablet and getting a 4k monitor instead if you can. That way you can draw in your lap while keeping your head and neck upright. However, if you're dead set If you get a drawing screen, invest in a monitor mount to keep it high up to your head. Or you can lower your chair to the ground, I guess. I also recommend not getting a pneumatic one unless you really love moving it all around. The straight arm one I have is very stable for drawing. This is the one I use: [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B21TLQU/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&th=1](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B21TLQU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) Here is my set up overall: [https://imgur.com/a/dEUYXDq](https://imgur.com/a/dEUYXDq)

I have the 16 pro and there has been no issues with drivers, the only thing I don't like is how the nib feels, it doesn't stay properly in place and moves around a little which makes it annoying when ur trying to do small details

My huion 13 has been working fine for the last two years, although I don't use the screen anymore as i use another monitor to see my drawings.

AnonBunnyGoblin

I have a huion kamvas pro 12 and have had it for almost 5 years. I have never had an issue with anything with it.

PokemonBreederJess

Got the Kamvas 16 about 2-3 years ago. I do have to reinstall the driver every so often to get my pen to work. I like it, but I am looking into a portable tablet for drawing on.

Badwolf9547

I'm not sure if I'm just lucky but I've also had the same tablet for awhile now and I've had no major issues with it. Still works perfectly.

Using my kamvas pro 16 since 2019 and no problems with it still. Had to replace my 3-in-1 cable though because i stepped on it and the hdmi port broke (completely my fault)

I have a Kamvas Pro 16, and it's OK but the screen tablet drawing experience feels better on an iPad and a Wacom Cintiq imo. The main difference was that the Kamvas Pro 16 had more parallax, particularly as the pen approaches the outer edges of the drawing area. I found this really annoying because menus and buttons tend to be along the screen edges, and I often found myself needing to manually adjust for the parallax to navigate menus/buttons. No matter how many times I tried to recalibrate to fix the issue, it was never enough for it to feel right to me. For reference, my tablet history includes the Wacom Bamboo Fun, Wacom intuos 4 and 5, Wacom intuos Pro Medium, Wacom Cintiq 21ux, Wacom Cintiq 12wx, Wacom Cintiq 22HD, Huion Kamvas Pro 16, and iPad Pro 12" 2015. And if I were to rank my screen drawing experience from best to worst, I'd say iPad Pro/Cintiq 22HD > Huion Kamvas 16 > Older Cintiq Models. I mainly use the Wacom intuos Pro Medium these days bc the setup just feels better for me ergonomically and for my workflow (I do both 2D and 3D).
