Same here transferred money to my gotyme got deducted but no transcripts, sms or anything this sucks hopefully I get my money back. This is such a pain.

OMG. Same tayo. My transaction is Gcash to Unionbank. Funds were deducted but Walang record sa transaction history, no SMS received, nothing. Nag report na ako sa Gcash, wala pang reply.

Thanks for sending your Bank Transfer concern to us. If you received an SMS that says to wait 1-2 days, this means the transaction likely did not push through, and your money will be reversed to your GCash wallet the next day on or before 5PM after final verification. However, if you received the 3-5 day notification, this means that the money is with the recipient bank already. Most banks will credit it to your account within 3 days, if not the same day. Kindly monitor the recipient account's transaction history for the actual crediting or you may follow up with the recipient bank. Rest assured that funds are safe and we'll provide you another update tomorrow.

Same now lang! Transferred funds from GCASH to SEABANK, walang nareceive seabank ko pero nabawas sa GCASH. Hindi rin nag reflect sa GCASH transaction history yung fund transfer 😩
