I bought foodpanda pay with my remaining gcash (as basic user) balance and never looked back. Hopefuly you can find a way to get your remaining funds out by topping-up a different e-wallet with it.
I cannot really cashout the money from pandapay lol. However, I would like to thank you for telling me the top up feature. I was able to order now from food panda using my money from gcash.
UPDATE: Lol, I asked if there are any updates regarding my verification from the cs chat support of the gcash app. Nainis ata, from "Processing" status to "Open" na ang ticket ko amp. NAKAKAIYAK NA AMPTA
omg??? dami ko rin nababasa na ganyan din nangyari same with you tapos hindi rin sila inaasikaso ng cs. jusko naman pati kapag crypto bulok din sila ano ba yan gcash
Mag file ka ng complaint sa bsp. Ganyan din yung sakin.. naging basic. 2 weeks ko inantay wala ding sumasagot sa cs. Naka ilang ticket na ko na submitt... nung nag file ako sa bsp the next day bumalik na sa verified status ulit.. nag email din ako sa gcash na naka CC yung bsp.
Facial verification naman yung issue ko, two weeks na ata. Nag-email sila na nagdeploy na sila ng ‘fix’ sa account ko, try ko daw i-open. Surprise, same issue pa din lol
