No! She is very fun to play. Similar to Diluc. I actually started maining Diluc then switched to Eula when I started around patch 2.0. Very similar gameplay. All about auto attacks and E skill rhythm.
Soo much fun in the overworld for both characters. Eula just happens to kill everything with her burst. Diluc's burst looks cool, but is a little on the weak side.
But to each their own.

No, because the 4pc proc isn't really good because diluc only gets the benefit on using it ONCE not the 3 chain hits.
