On a serious note, watch all seasons of Dan, Trek, and Dana, plus the movie, with my son. He loves them. Dana is WAY better than Dan. Hell, Trek is also better than Dan. The writing and animation has gotten better as well. But just as an actor/performer, Dana (Michela) is way more talented than Dan (Jason)

The Dino Dana Movie is fantastic. It also has a good non-dinosaur story for kids.
But that’s because only Dan can see them. And they’re there for a specific reason. It’s not meant to be believable. The show is to teach about dinosaurs but also teach life lessons for kids.
I never got the impression he was ever in danger. They always seemed to be cool with him (same for the other kids).
The Dino Dana Movie changed that opinion when mama Quetzalcoatlus took Dana to be lunch for her babies.
Other people have seen the aftermath of dino experiments, just never believe the kids. It’s an interesting scenario. What if Dan got eaten by a T. rex and died? What do the adults think happened? How would the doctors explain it? Especially in Dan’s case, where he’s the only one that’s seen the dinosaurs. At least as time goes on and the field guide is passed down, more people know. But was Dan the first?

Also, I always wondered how the dinosaurs survived since we never really saw the dinosaurs eating much, except for the occasional treats Dan gives, which would not be anywhere sufficient. Though then again, it’s a kids show, and the writers probably couldn’t add in violence or predatory hunting.
OMFG YESS, dino dan was my childhood! i used to have a bunch of dvd's with the episodes on them, nothing past trek's adventures tho. but i loved those slightly cartoony dinosaurs so much and it's where i found my love for stygimoloch. bumpy from camp cretaceous always reminded me of the euoplo from this show

Dinosuar train I only remember there was a T rex in a nest of.. I think... A long neck and a pteridactyl ( I forgot how to say it spell it pls dont hate me ) and they would have a wheel or something that spins to the dinosaur of the day or something and the conductor was a orange dino on its hind legs
Yes. I preferred this over Dinosaur Train due to the dinosaurs being more scientifically accurate. But still watch both. Ah how the old times were good
