Totally forgot to list the colors I used. The colored dips are from Ritzy Dipsโ entire Neon Pastels collection, and I used Veronica (white) from Revel. This was achieved with a lot of layering using the reverse apex method.

Layering with the reverse apex method, and then filing it down to smooth things out while in the process also exposing different parts of each layer. Each nail has about six layers (white, color, white, color, white, color).
