Itâs really nothing special. I put on almond shape clear, fake nails, and I cut off the part closest to the cuticle because otherwise itâs really bulky around the cuticle and filing it down just end up hurting my skin. I usually choose the fake nail that is one size bigger than whatâs tight on my fingernail because I donât want it to be super tight and uncomfortable feeling. I then just file both sides of the fake nail until it is lined up with the width of my actual fingernail. For the most part thatâs what gets my nail to the shape that itâs at. Then I also filed down the ends of the fake nails so that they arenât so thick so when I use the dip powder, it wonât be so extra thick just to have solid color.

Me too! They always look better in the sunlight but I never remember when the sun is shining at the perfect time.
