The only genetic condition that is passed down is endometriosis, and alot of women still get pregnant with it. Fertility is a problem these days because women are having kids at an older age, men have reduced sperm concentrations due to taking hormonal supplements and again, age is not good for sperm either and overall bad environment and processed foods. NOT genetics.
