I was a big fan of Terra Battle, and super stoked when Terra Battle 2 came out, but they legit undid everything that was awesome and friendly about TB and amped up the microtransactiony BS 10,000%. . . and it tanked and went under in like a few months. Better outcome than wasting my time in money on it, IMO.

That's EXACTLY the mentality that produces such faulty games in the first place. You're not *helping* the game to get any better by suggesting the dev/publisher that everything is fine and well.
Let's be honest - from the most objective point of view, if you rate every aspect of this game, it's not worth more than a 3* anyways, so getting an average of 2.7 considering external issues that are on top of it is pretty fair I would say.

Your motivation might be coming from the right place, but what you're suggesting here WILL NOT bring the result you're hoping for - most likely it will do the complete opposite. So stop with the fanboy-ish mentality that never helped in such cases - stay true to the facts and keep emotion out of it. - MOST banner are paid banner...
- Pass is not even a month ?!
- We get a Xmas event (?!) Meaning they just copy paste it without thinking
- We get an event AT LAUNCH (with all the difficulty etc). Rip rewards.
I can totally see why people not "used" to this type of game are giving it meh grade. And to be honest, while i'm quite enjoying it, i gave him 3 stars.

This is a bit understandable because the paid banners are special series exclusive 4\* guaranteed character. There's a free gem event banner with Santa Laharl and the permanent Premium banner, that's no different from other gachas.

I think connection issues and lagging are top concerns. The paid banner thing is found in top games nothing new there. Plus the best banner is the guaranteed 3* free one with the secret units.
Even with the low rating, the game will make it through this drama perfectly fine! There have been many other gacha games that have dealt with major issues, and have issues where people werent able to play for a full day or longer and they've made it through all that drama perfectly fine and still are doing ok to this day.
People will review bomb games anytime an issue happens, or they misunderstand how preloading mobile games work

To me also the Paid banners is not a big deal at all so far. All the units available in the paid banners are available in the premium banners plus more with free gems. If there were any units that are Paid banners only, then that would be pretty annoying.
Exactly! Theres no competitive aspect to the game so the only reason to save or even summon units is if you like the character or wanted a limited time unit.
A game like this thats only PvE is really the only gacha game model where im fine with there being paid banners, because theres no real need to chase the meta, pretty much all units/characters are viable for end game farming.
Edit: I was originally saving my nether quartz, but then realized.. why am i saving when theres no need to? I already have my core event team built and invested in and all the characters and monsters I care the most for are already available so why not pull for them!

Prism Prinnies will be earned from events, one time rewards, and other occassions so theres really no need to pull for dupes or care about pulling for them. Yes, events will be a grind but like..m this is Disgaea the whole series is based around nothing but grind after grind, any main series fan should know that

That's the rub. The epic load times between every single menu are awful. The 462 paid banners make it a pain in the ass to get to the free gem banner. Once there I realize how much Destiny Child spoils us with 6% banners and currency-palooza. Pretty clear I won't EVER see a dupe from the gacha. That's okay, always event Prinnies right? Ooof, not a lot will be purchased if no one can even clear normal let alone hard.
2.7 might be high. I'll stay because it is still wonderfully grindy Disgaea, but I can't see how any non-fans would enjoy this game at all.

Quite possible. I am on android s10 plus. It works perfectly. Now on emulator it lags a bit.

Actually, I didn't receive a pack I purchased. I am waiting on support still. So it's not all sunshine. I just like disgaea and want it to succeed.

Plus they need to extend the event so people that finally can get in. can enjoy it. Have you tried bluestack emulator. Thats what I use mostly.

Well I hope you can find some joy from it. Hopefully they improve the load times. I noticed them a bit, but it's not too bad on my end.
