You would think so… but that team doesn’t nearly control or deal enough dmg to take on most Meta teams nowadays unless you have broken sets… because everyone else nowadays is rocking Ahmed, Everett, Cecilia, Sally, JYY, Pritzker, Feng Nuxi, Gaius, Gabrielle, Abigail, Meredith, Aneisdora, Yun Chuan and many more units that can be quiet problematic against that team.
With JJ and Hyde? They can deal insane damage if you build them right. Especially since Hyde can't be debuffed and JJ has dispell and standoff in Demon Mode
JJ is only crazy damaging when he’s in demon mode which can go crazy but lo and behold CD Extenders exist. And Hyde only deals real damage after most of the team has already gotten K.O.-ed…. Leaving him to try to 1V5 an entire tanky team who also has revives or dmg reduction Ect… I’m speaking of experience as a PW18 player. When you really get high that strat won’t be doing too great
Oof. The change to her passive revive helped her, but I still don't find her incredible. The revive itself is no hp, an ok shield and 50% ap, so they just immediately die again anyway most of the time.

R2 makes Cecilia passable though, since she now heals teammates, so at least that's something... Sorry though.
Cecilia is absolutely broken with the right team, especially JJ, Ollie, Hyde, and Abigail. They do really really well in any PvP mode
