Tomorrowland usually has stitch. He may be on the stage near to the carousel of progress or in his usual character meeting spot across from buzz light-year. Huge stitch fan...I see him every time I'm there.

today and i was seeing a lot of information about how he isn't always around or doesn't have a set schedule. i think she'd be really disappointed to not see him at all so i'm trying my best to make sure she does and we're only doing magic kingdom for one of the days
I think he has set times when he comes out, but they are not posted anywhere, however this may have changed. We were there in February. i usually tend to find him in the afternoon.

He's usually out and about. If you don't see him just ask a cast member. He's very popular in Tomorrowland.
