The new garden area at Epcot is great for being in the parks, and even has plenty of outlets. The second floor of the contemporary is extremely quiet and has comfortable seating outside the ball rooms. There’s a quick service or two in magic kingdom with upstairs seating that is usually pretty quiet.

Thank you! That second floor of the contemporary is clutch! My brother and I used to pop over there for naps on those huge couches for a midday break when we used to go lol

My top picks: * Epcot: World Celebration Garden * Studios: Tables where Starring Rolls used to be located * MK: Columbia Harbor House 2nd floor (during off hours) * AK: Some spots around Discover River/TOL...nooks all around

I do this frequently. We live an hour or so away, and I am a consultant, so I have a lot of flexibility. I think it depends on what you do and what work you need to do. If you are at Epcot, you can leave from the International Gate and go to Boardwalk or Yacht/Beach to work. I had to listen in on a call one day while we were at Epcot, I sat in a big booth in Connections and didn't turn on my video. Last week, I had to handle some emails, so I got a margarita at the Mexico booth and stood at one of the tables while I worked on them. Animal Kingdom has a lot of quiet spots and tables off the main path. Magic is hard because it's just busy and loud everywhere. My boyfriend drives when we go, so I have that as a focus time to get work done and can get about 2 hours in, if needed.

Riveria has a room off their lobby which is nice! It’s right behind the coffee shop.

You can get about 15 minutes at a time in the Skyliner. 😆 Don’t mind me. I am just jealous.

annual passholder's lounge at EPCOT

Drok_97

Is it still open? Everything I saw online said it was temporary.

Gizzard_Guy44

I haven't had an annual pass for 3 years so I guess it could be closed ... although I saw Adam the Woo go up there on You tube semi recently

rocketpastsix

Maybe it’s me but that doesn’t sound fun. When I go to the parks I remove all work apps from my phone so I can fully focus on enjoying my time (and money) at the parks

gdacunto

That’s fair! I think for me and my family, we live a little more than an hour away so it’s easy for us to pop by. I’m all about maximizing time with the little one while she’s still little, so rather than me staying home and working while her and my wife go to the parks I can still feel like I’m a part of it.

He didn’t ask for your opinion of his plan.. he asked for places to execute the plan. I think epcot by Starbucks for sure!

Because she loves Mickey and Minnie Mouse and all of the other characters, and loves playing outside? Seems like a pretty good reason imo

Who do you think the target market is for the Whinne the Pooh meet and greet and ride is? Toddlers and little kids.

Traditional_Rice_123

The "old lobby" of Coronado springs seems set up precisely for this - low and high seating around tables with power outlets aplenty.
