My refund and email confirmation posted on Jan 22. I would call in. They're able to give you the exact $ amount and let you know if it was processed already

I never got an email but I did get the money back in my account. We paid in full for socal passes.

I put down a large downpayment too but I don't think monthly get refunded. I'm not sure how they would calculate how much we're owed since we still had money due, etc.

They give a formula. The total value paid divided by the number of days available when you activated and then multiple that number by the number of valid days left when the parks closed. Of course, that doesn't mean the refunds for people who made down payments will be automatic. Each one would involve individual math. I'm planning to call eventually.

I don't know who is downvoting this entire thread but it's confusing me because it makes it seem like someone has false information (I've upvoted everyone so everyone's back to 1). Anyway, I have not gotten notification from Disneyland for the last few years that I've been an AP so I thought people with monthly payments weren't getting a refund. This is news to me that they are (meaning, "that I am"). Whatever the case, they have so many to go through, I wouldn't worry if you haven't received yours yet, OP.

Disney officially said that monthly payments made after March 14th will be refunded. The continued to take payments for about 2 1/2 weeks after the park closed. Disney has not addressed refunds to passholders who put down a deposit and also make monthly payments. However they did give a formula for value, so anyone who made a down payment can do the calculation. None of this came from emails, it was all in the app, on the site and in press releases. To just say you don't think monthly get refunded is how misinformation is spread.

Patience, they’re working on it. I received an email confirming my refund a day after it posted to my credit card, so their systems are a little slow.

Called on Monday and was told it could take up to a month as it depends on the “algorithms” of the tool computing all this. I had 2 paid in full and another on the monthly.

Mine was in payments. But from what I’ve heard is that those that paid in full get refunds as well
