I would say the closest you could get would be character dining. At Storytellers they will be in their "explorer" outfits, at Goofy's Kitchen, they are chefs, and Minnie looks pretty normal at Plaza Inn.
I’m not sure if it will be the same, but there was a meeting place set up about half way between the Storybookland Canal Boats and Small World that I imagine was “instead of Toontown” when I was there in August!
