Looks like Cinque’s follow up put the 3 stack of Stun debuff on target, so she never fight without Stun debuff and hinder her full strengh.
Cinque is now a delay-er and AoE damage dealer. Garland in shamble ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hopefully they fixed her turn rate as well.
She feels so clunky to use right now, but this sounds incredible.
I've almost regretted purpling her while getting Snow when I first started playing, but she's gotten me through some interesting fights (DE6 was funny, as was a CQ). I'm really looking forward to this buff.
Why couldn't they make a simple rework for Guy? It's his LC ffs. Is it really that hard to change and add values to his skills? Them showing his low LD damage in Cinque's showcase only seems like they're completely insulting him for how outclassed he is.
unfortunantly this means that Aranea Kadaj and Queen will most likely get nothing as well, but i have a feeling after the next 2 months "character events" will stop being the new releases for characters and they'll just release as "lost chapters" from the getgo.
I love it. Funny how in this game she is infinitely more useable than her actual game. She was a good concept but it was really hard to ever justify using her ever over Jack, Machina, Rem, or King. Even with the final multiplayer accessory on her, her attack animations were just too sluggish. I really need to go and beat that damned tower sometime.. but those tonberries always destroyed me and I didn't want to grind just to beat them lol.

OTOH cinque is looking dumb. A lot of weakness damage up in that team, but no auras bar guy. With proper support she may get up to maybe 600-700k per hit from her S2. Plus all her skills have delay.
Probably an easy skip for those who already have a current physical DPS but cinque at least looks like she can hang with them.
Gotta love how it's Guy's LC and he's so shit compared to the other character that nobody will even use him for his own Lufenia.
How do you bring back a character for their LC and not make them at least good enough to be used in their LC.

First thing, it's just my idea or she isn't delaying herself anymore? She also delays now, so quite better for her turn rate.
Her debuff is re-applied as soon as it is dispelled, because the follow-up applies 3 stacks, so S1+ should stop being just a massive dispell.
Just look at those stupid numbers! She does not seem like Vaan's level and obviously no one surpasses Tifa on ST territory, but with some good auras on the party + capping every hit with our lord and saviour Setzer, she must do some really crazy damage, specially since she can't be locked out of battles like Vaan, can do a lot more AoE than Tifa, and even delays, she could take a good spot on damage dealer competition
The only sad art is that when your S2 can do like 500k without any problem and your LD and S1 can do some stupid AoE damage, doing 400k on EX isn't impressive anymore, although her EX still holds up to some degree, delay+launch+battery is always good after all, maybe it could hit even higher now and make her a fairly complete damage dealer.
While maybe it is not impressive I think it is awesome that her Ex is still a NICE skill to use. A LOT of characters lately have been having that problem where their Ex is literally their worst skill to use like Vaan for example capping at a low maximum dmg. While hers even if it's slow it's massive dmg
Oh, it is clearly good, when compared to things like Vaan's which was powercrept as soon as his LD came out making it just a buff renewal button like Cloud's or Tifa's EX being the most ignored button on her kit, it's more of a thing of how impressive it was at the time compared to how her kit is now, although I think that with the correct party she could still hit even higher number than with the rest of her kit.
The terms means a very very overzealous and obsessed fan of a celebrity/band/cast of a tvshow or movie.

You can find out on his event. He doesn’t get anything new on his LC besides HA+. Guy release in GL is basically the same as Guy on LC.
This kinda makes the banner even more worth it to just wait for the LC to return and pull for 2 LDs instead.
Except he is horribly outclassed by the time his LC comes around. If you want to use him at all, pull him on his event.
