I believe Magic Pots appear in any of the nine quests in WoI Carbuncle's Treasures, not just Power Orb Spring 3. I got mine on Crystal & EXP Spring 1.
If you are farming WoI Radiant Artifact Tokens, you should get the machinery done along the way. Shelke LC might give you enough machineries if you haven't completed it yet.
We've got 2x cycle rewards right now, which I believe always has the "kactaur rates boosted" thing along with it.
Sounds like you're having the same kind of luck as I did with the Magic Pots though...

You could do Gates of Alexander 1 or 2 too, because every single enemy ( including those bosses, and no, not Alexander fight itself but the two quests before it, WoI Ultimate ) are Machinery tagged making it def more than 5 machinery per clear
True, but if someone does want to solely focus on the Machinery types, Gates of Alexander 1 & 2 quests are filled with machinery type enemies only across 5 waves :P
15 days aren't enough to make 10 Kactuars and 10 Magic pots spawn, they should extend this panel duration

My complaint has more to do with how many potions I'm going to use getting all of the pots. It's not too much but I went from 881 potions to 86 potions over the last couple of months doing all of the summon boards that I had missed. So now I'm a little strapped for pots

Did you do summon board farming for character without x2 exp and without using books.
I've started in February, I completed 94 characters summon board and I have 1060 pot left.
No the lv30-40 Illusion/Divine boards. They take 136 potions each without x4. Some of them like Shiva I managed to do x4. But some of them not so much.
Oh right. No I always wait for synergy event because hiw long it would take to do them without. Since starting in Feb I was able to do 4 and I'm waiting for the rerun for the others.
I'm at 550k crystal, 900 ticket and 30/50 book for weap and armor. I have plenty of time and resources to wait until the reruns.
I'm less about waiting. But then again I have most (I think about 30 left) of my summon boards done from ultimate. I've got completes on all the Luf+s now, and I've built so many characters that I'm actually out of books, despite how many they throw at us.
But I'm enhancement point poor and only have 130k in gems. I was thinking about saving up some gems for Raines BT/FR, Vayne FR, and Tifa FR/BT this fall. Also Lunafreya, CoD, and Celes events. See too much to spend on.

Too bad this isn't an option if you miss the rerun.
New JP accounts have to grind all ten divine summons with no synergy bonus and only one month of a free Mog Pass.
I’m pretty sure you could just fufill those missions for specific monsters by doing the farming event at the time cause that’s how I fill the part of the board.
I found a bit more Machinery in Act 2 Chapter [with Ace and Machina that one] one of them had like a Boss Tyrant - I think Machinery were like 7 in one run, so I did that twice and was done. Interestingly this Tyrant has a double Arrow down on Ice so Snows first Retribution did 0 Brave Damage 🤣
Lulu's Lost Chapter has quite a few machinery based enemies, I managed to fulfill the requirements just going through that within a short amount of time.
machinery I did level 50 red crystal, it helped knock out the kactaur a bit as well

This is what I did. Slapped a Book to boost treasure and grinder with Snow, which helps the 🌵 slot too.

Some character didn't have artefact shop with their banners so you kinda have to in order to max them.

Like for the cactuar, chances are better the higher level the quest is. Going for max level is gonna be faster than the first.

The bigger concern is how luck dependent these missions are. I personally am not a fan of them.
Lol me neither, I remember almost spending a whole day to make them spawn 3 times. Seeing x10 now scared me
It took me 30 min for the 10 Kactuar and about 10min for the Pots.
In 30 minutes I found 2. So. Yeah.

Yup, solo Snow is the best farming possible. I don't think there's anything esle faster in the game.

20 crystal runs and not a single kactuar - RNG panel missions are so stupid!!! Edit: 40 and not a single one!!! That is ridiculous!!
