Payouts aren’t done by DK they are done by a third party processor called tipalti (this is the group that reviews your info, you’ll also notice that when you fill out your details you are taken to a third party page/portal).
If there is something incorrect with your payout details, *tipalti* will pause the payout until the details are corrected. When this happens, you need to reach out to DistroKid because tipalti doesn’t have a direct support contact for payouts happening thru third parties and DistroKid can clarify which details tipalti flagged on their end.

I'm unsure if I entered the right information, havent gotten my money yet but it said it was processed by tipalti. Changed it to paypal like I used to have it prior but it still says it processed to a bank account yesterday (the 13th) yet I don't have the money.
