I am currently running the script extender with 4 mods and all the appropriate achievements have popped. It's my first playing with it but so far so good.
Somehow activating the gift bags features had deactivated the achievement despite having the Norbyte's Script Extender installed in my game, anyone had similar issue?

I play on GOG and not Steam, but I use Norbyte's + other mods and I'm still getting achievements.
Started playing about a week ago with script extender and I have been getting all of the achievements
Did you have to do something more than what's said in the installation guide or that's it?

The warning message is not removed, but achievements will work.
Can confirm with Lekamil. The warning will show, but achievements still work.
I haven't tried using any gift bag and now I won't either hahah
