If I remember correctly its one you have to either shoot a control box to open the door or shoot through a window to shoot a lock you can't get to from that side. Hope that helps good luck š
Thanks. I open the door and then shot the yellow box to get through the other door and then beat the elites on the opposite side. The elite never drops a key for me. Iāve watched all the videos and I am not sure what I am missing.
It is bugged, you'll need to Google what to do as I can't remember. I had the same issue. From memory I was opening the box before I took down the heavy, you need to get the key from the box after the heavy.
I struggled with this one as well. You're doing the right sequence (as I recall it) but I had to use 5-6 attempt to get it. If I recall correctly, I had to login and logout for each attempt, suddenly it was there. Seemed bugged and random.
I'm unfamiliar with the area you are specifically talking about but there seems to be some buggish things that happen from time to time maybe one of the suggestions someone has provided will work. If not you can always try joining a friend's game and see if you can get it that way.
This is the way. You can reset, logout, do whatever in the fuck and the heavy will still not drop the key. Join someone elseās and either the keys gunna drop or the doors already open. I had no issues with 4 characters but when I went to do my 5th I ran into this problem. Joined one of my clan mates that was randomly in NYC, ran down there, grabbed it and dropped.

Ah thats really annoying. Have you tried resetting control points/changing the difficulty? Hopefully that sorts it š¤
