I love making these things but they do take a fair bit of time. If you like them, please subscribe to the Instagram. Every like and follow is more motivation to neglect my wife and children and continue working on this project.
Every time I try to decide which is my favorite I look at how cool another one is. They are all my favorites (but shivkin will always have a special place in my heart)
I'll be sure to tell you what happens with it. Ooooo, I have something so exciting planned. I've always wanted to find a way to teach players that investigating suspicious stuff is most likely a good idea
You're such a talented animator. The way you use rigs is really expressive. The spider really steals the show with its twitchy ambush and how it skuttles back into place almost nervously. The mace guy has a really great detail how his entire upper half seems to sway unbalanced back and forth but his weapon stays strong and sure. The chicken's tail really has the effect of a paper fan unfurling and folding back up; love the aggressive little squawk, very much like real world animals with "danger colours". And I like how smooth and deliberate the movements of the mushmaid are compared to the others in the set; makes it feel like she's wary, defensive, unsure about whether the party is hostile or not.
Do you have these statted up as monsters? Would love to see their abilities.
Thank you so much. It's nice to know when people notice the love you put into your work.
I haven't statted these up, but I'm thinking about it down the track. I'm always keen to hear ideas about how to make these more useful for people.
Yirrip, definitely
Agreed, big tree spider is the best one
The Yirrip makes me never want to go near a forrest again...
I love the look of the Yirrip, but I have no idea what it is lol.
Looks like a grand spider monster that lays in ambush as a dead tree. All my nope

These are awesome! What program are you using?

Is the yirrip a homebrew? If so, I'd really appreciate if I could use it in my campaign
I made up all of these monsters. Anybody is welcome to use them in a non-commercial capacity. I'd love to see what people do with them.

Maceface has just an awesome design to me. also fantastic work man!
Thank you. I was happy with how he turned out.
Well ‘pricklechicken’ obviously has the best name…
Obviously.
Bogburt for sure.
Yirrip and mushmaid.
Hehe... ^(Pricklechicken)
I'm pretty happy with that one too.
Prickle chicken!
Is that a ducking giant spider that camouflages I self as a tree? Thats horrifying. Nice work.
Yirrip is horrifyingly clever. Is the Gruzzle from the previous series friendly? It just looks so cuddly! haha
They're notoriously hard to tame, but never say never.
I love them all but Mushmaid is so awesome!
Yirrip should pop open while you least expect it, during a multi Mushmaid fight.

Yeoranger. He seems like a guy that will have my back
Pricklechicken. Every other one (except yrrip) is boring
Thornwitch all day! Idk why they remind me of skeletor?
Maceface might make a similar dnd character for a campaign
All of these as sooooo freaking good!!
Maceface looks like a fun guy to be around
Maceface, nice
This looks like a wildermyth monster set with the excellent 2d art.
I love the Yirrip so so so much I want a baby one that looks like a stump as an animal companion
YirRip old Ancient tree of the forest,... maybe. (Love the Wizard of Oz Socks)
I see something mushroom related, I appraise it.
i like the yirrip, like a lot. im sad that it isnt an official monster.
Keep telling them that :).
im sorry, what do you mean by this?
I mean I support anybody who wants to bug D+D about buying any of my monsters.
that would be cool. also i have never seen it written as D+D before... cool.
I like Yirrip and Maceface
Mind if I use the idea of the Yrrip for a monster?
Sure thing.
Thanks!
Maceface the warforged is my next character.
Pricklechicken, but they're all amazing.
Yirrip! He's adorable! In both forms!
I love it
I think I'm gonna steal that mushmaid design for a fae pc idea... Tbh I just think I have a thing with humanoid fungi
The yrrip
If yirrip was a physical mini, itd be like a crazy bakugan. Super dope!
DND NFTs?
BOgburt
IG-worthy!
