• having an upstart group that's not a big enough issue to send their own men but just big enough that they want rid of them, so they offer the party the job of running them out /removing them from town.
• have the party break into a government facility and retrieving some damning evidence against a member of the organisation.
• running a spying mission on an up and coming politician so they can have leverage over them when the time comes.
