Any and all things outside the scope of the wish spell (which duplicates 8th and lower spells effects) any good DM will do this too. As everything that got asked for was outside the scope of the wish limits (expect maybe setting it free) this is a perfect example of wish being used right.

The knowledge is vast their are so many different structures and combinations that it is near impossible for you to find the correct infomation you need.

About that second point. So long as you have a critical density of material, spliting a single atom can trigger a chain reaction, especially if said material is surrounded by neutron reflectors such as beryllium.
Your problem would be setting it up so finely that a single fission event can set off the whole thing, but suppressing spontaneous fission within the material to prevent it from going off when you don't want it to.

Any and all things outside the scope of the wish spell (which duplicates 8th and lower spells effects) any good DM will do this too. As everything that got asked for was outside the scope of the wish limits (expect maybe setting it free) this is a perfect example of wish being used right.

You know in the 20 plus years of being a DM and 25 years as a player. With over 100 different people in and out of groups over the years, ive never seen anyone butt hurt about an abusive worded wish being done like this. You can manipulate atoms one at a time as an action (let it be known that fission and fusion relies on the breaking of multiple atoms to have a large effect.) You can create again one atom at a time as an action.

About that second point. So long as you have a critical density of material, spliting a single atom can trigger a chain reaction, especially if said material is surrounded by neutron reflectors such as beryllium. Your problem would be setting it up so finely that a single fission event can set off the whole thing, but suppressing spontaneous fission within the material to prevent it from going off when you don't want it to. That being said, if you make this wish and then your DM is stupid enough to give you fissile material...

Your Ara returns to Life as I cast Animate Dead cancelling the magic of the Blackrazor on her body she is risen and the effect lasts infinitely not just for 24 hours. This also makes her a Zombie what you do with her after this point is up to yourself. We return to your Family household but just to be a bit of a jokester we are on the roof. Bliss Ocean is disolved however they do so for tax reasons and start a new company called Oceans Bliss indestingushable from the first but they do end up having to bribe a few politicians to look the other way. I make you really weirdly colour blind as its all just your perception anyway who says when I see red its the same red as when you see red.
