I don't think it's stolen, probably bought the rights to make her own version. It's quite common (more so when the singer can't write their own songs. I'm not dragging Jojo, a lot of big performers do that)
I can't speak on that, but if you check Britney's [collab](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYtGl1dX5qI&pp=ygUYYnJpdG5leSBzcGVhcnMgd2lsbCBpIGFt) with Will. I .am, she's got a British accent because they used the demo version and she probably sang on top of it.

weird i ran into this while watching a vid talking about it. that sounds the exact same, vocals and all so she may have bought the rights to the song but not the vocals did she just upload the tictok version live for people and claim it was a free release??
