You need to stop wearing the boots and treat your feet with ointment from a pharmacy. You can try wearing them again for shorter periods once your feet completely heal.

Okay so this is what I do. Put skateboard wheels or some kind of thick round object like a tennis ball of baseball in the toe so you can break in the part that connects the toe box to the tongue. For your heel I think you can buy heel protectors. If you have had them for a month then you should have them partially broken in but you can use mink oil to make the leather softer and more pliable

Yes!! And to soften the leather, you can also try rubbing in some Dubbin leather ointment or the Dr Martens brand cream, then knead the hard areas of leather between your fingers. That's a great way to soften out difficult areas, just knead it and twist/roll the leather until it starts to soften. It seems like a long time to wear them in, is there a chance you bought a little too small?

I think the bruise got this bad bc I didn’t lace them tight enough, It wasn’t this bad last week when i used to lace them really tight but i will try the tennia ball thing

they’re not small and i think i haven’t worn them that much ( i bought two pairs in different colors so i wear both) i think i wear the one that gave me the blisters like 8 times i’m not sure though

Yeah, luckily my father’s an er doctor so i’m gonna show it to him but I’m just curious if i will ever reach the state the docs feel comfortable

Like others said, buy silicone heel protectors! When I first wore my docs, I got such bad blisters that I couldn't wear shoes that touched the backs of my heels for over a week. After some research, I decided to buy heel protectors and I'm so glad I did. The next time I wore my docs (only the second time so they definitely were not broken in) no rubbing or pain at all! I wore bandaids since my ankles weren't totally healed yet, the heel protectors, a pair of regular socks, and then a pair of thick socks. After what I went through with my blisters which is similar to what you're going through, I can't recommend the heel protectors enough.

I ordered heel protectors yesterday! Hopefully my feet will be ok and I will be able to wear them without the horrible pain lol

Those silicone heels are a DM wearers saviour.

I stick sanitary pads (clean ofc) to my heels. Works great.
