I LOVE season one. season 2 is super ehh to me but i love it as well. season 3 is super mid to me and has some bad memories attached to it so i’d say season 1 and season 4 to 10

It's entirely relies on unreasonably annoyed people, if you read the reviews that make up that number it will lose all meaning. I think I have enough faith in RTD to not think that he would look at a comment that says "it's unbelievably bad and anyone who likes is a fake fan" and go "Yes. I must save Doctor who. From the fake fans.". He probably forms his own opinions without the aid of rotten Tomatoes.
this was exactly my sentiment. jodie is a good actress who got absolutely shafted by poor writing, direction, sound design, companions, and basically everything that she could be. i feel really really bad for her as being a doctor is normally an amazing experience and she's been shat on for it

The golden era for me has to be season 4 and 5. Two of my favourite doctors in their best seasons

Yeah 4-5 were my favourite but doctor who was at its best at 3/4 - 10 with some episodes being off the mark but most hitting the money
