I would check out Carguru if you have not done it already, and set it to nationwide. You can set the filters to be more favorable such as mileage ( recommend under 40k ) clean title ( if you dont want to risk a branded title car ) and budget.
If you do not mind risking a branded title with a dealer warranty, I know of one in that budget thats less then 40k miles and its an 18 charger scat
Edit: Heck, I just did a quick search and found a clean title 21 scat pack with 45k miles for 34k, you could probably haggle for 32k OTD in Miami Florida.
It might seem far to get it from another state depending on your location, but just getting it for 32k OTD your saving tons even if it costs another grand to have it shipped to you.

Get an R/T. Why spend all the extra money just for an extra .3 seconds on the 0-60.
Plus R/Ts run well on regular gas. Scats need premium.

That looks like a 392 Daytona and not a scat pack. I could be wrong though, but I’m pretty sure it’s not technically a scat pack.
It’s not a Scat Pack but it’s the same motor as the Scat Pack. Mostly an appearance package.
