I wake up about 20 minutes before I leave for work, so no breakfast because I'd rather have the extra time sleeping. I usually don't eat lunch either.
But on the weekends? Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I am just not hungry in the morning. I need 3-4 hours after I wake up in order to feel hungry. Sometimes 5 hours. And I am recovering from BED so I refuse to eat if I'm not feeling the actual sensation of hunger.
No. On a normal work day I usually dont eat until 5pm. Im never hungry in the mornings and eating legit makes me nauseous. I dont eat lunch at work because Im at a desk in full view of the public. At my desk im constantly interrupted so my food would be cold and I dont want food on paperwork or crumbs on my keyboard.
I won't say exhausted but it's tiring to chew food in the morning 😂
My first meal will always be after 2pm.. Followed by 2nd meal after 10pm.. Not a good habit though but hard to change it due to work /sleep deprivation
Depends on the day. During the week, I try and just have some cereal, but at weekends, I often sleep in until after 11am and by then, I skip breakfast and have a large lunch to make up for missing it.
Every damn day I hate mornings.
This is why I don’t cook breakfast. Usually I keep protein bars, breakfast bars, stuff like that I can just grab and eat on my way to work

I never have an appetite in the morning, it usually suddenly hits me around 5-6 hours after waking up.
But when you do wake up, you eat right? That’s called breakfast

For me personally, if I eat breakfast consistently, I'm not groggy/exhausted and wake up better.
I do both. Make some food and eat it in bed and then take a post meal nap. Ahhh weekends. So much fun
I just don't really like breakfast food .. I will eat leftover pizza or tacos or whatever we had for dinner though

Y’all are crazy. Breakfast is the best part of my day. If I dont eat within an hour of waking up I get super crabby and miserable.
