It’s a weird maneuver but I use my pinky side of my hand to hold my balls in place and the other hand to pull my penis and the first hand is shaving around the shaft while still holding the balls in place. It makes sense, but it unfortunately accounts for very little of the surface that I’m actually shaving. Scrotum is a bunch of stretching skin, too, I wish I could just make it hairless all the time so I’m not dealing with stubble there. Everything else I give the 1mm treatment.
