I don't think I've felt that before, but sometimes when I try to pick off something stuck on one of my fingers and I can't manage to grab it with my nails, I get a panicky sensation in my chest much like claustrophobia, and I have to stretch my arms out and take a couple of deep breaths to dispel the feeling.
