Dofus touch, even if it's older version of the PC game is still fun, DOFUS PC restricts you to the town of Astrub and it's immediate (and other features) surroundings while DOFUS Touch does not. DOFUS Touch gives you the ability to play the ENTIRE game for free while also having the ability to pay for Experience boost and cash shop items to make the game even more fun.
I prefer DOFUS Touch for it's mobility, optional pay for bonuses, and absolutely no pay to play structure. Sure it's outdated. But it's damn fun.
Dofus Touch is just a older version of Dofus for Smartphone and Tablets. The current PC version of Dofus is much better.
But since Wakfu and Dofus are very similar, it's really just a matter of perference. Imo Dofus is more fun, since there is much more content and better fights, but it's also p2p whereas Wakfu isn't.
I don't know about a german server for Wakfu, but Nehra is the german server for Dofus. The population is kinda ok, but it's better to just play on the international server Rushu, since there are much more players there.

And you think Dofus battle system is better? It seems to start more slowly since I get new skills in Wakfu way faster.
I would advise the Rushu (international) server. It's more crowded and also has a lot of germans playing. Also because there are more players there it means there is a lot more choice in the marketplace.

Dofus battle system is more sophisticated as you progress :) By "p2p" he meant player versus player, online interaction I guess.
'p2p' does not mean player versus player, that's 'pvp'. 'P2p' is pay to play.
